GLOBAL ATLAS OF HEALTH DISEASE

This project is developed to raise awareness about heart disease, the different factors which contribute to this disease, and ways that one can mitigate their risk. A series of interactive visualizations were developed using datasets from The World Health Organizations and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s Division of Population Health.
