USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH AND TESTING FOR DATA PLATFORMS

Part of my work focuses on evaluative research methodologies in data visualization and interaction design. I conduct rigorous user experience research and user testing studies, which, I believe, are essential parts of the design workflow. My tools include eye tracking studies, talk-aloud user tests and card sorting exercises.
